Your exciting field of activity includes essentially: • Responsibility for the operational management of the Laundry and Cleaning departments • Management of the Laundry/Cleaning team staff of around ten employees • Ensuring and optimizing work organization and quality standards • Participation in apprentice training • Active participation in the Cleaning, Laundry Service and Restaurant Service departments • Support for the Head of General Services on specialized topics as well as in process optimization • Deputizing for the Head of General Services with organizational and personnel management tasks • Participation in projects as well as leadership of meetings and training sessions What characterizes you: • You have professional training in the field of General Services (at least CFC level) • Ideally, you can prove experience in management as well as professional experience in a health institution • The well-being of clients is close to your heart and your attitude is marked by a service spirit • You enjoy contact with people, are empathetic, able to work in a team and reliable • Your communication is motivating, adapted to the public and exemplary • You are willing to work on weekends Our offer: You will have the opportunity to bring your experience and expertise to an attractive professional environment.
