• You produce high-quality products according to our high production and quality standards
• You operate, monitor, and control our modern production facilities
• You ensure a smooth production process and react independently and solution-oriented in the event of deviations
• You reliably record and control the flow of goods and materials in the SAP system
• You ensure the consistent compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
• You consistently implement the requirements of our quality management in the daily workflow
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement process (KVP)
• You contribute your ideas and expertise, thereby contributing to the ongoing optimization of our production processes
• With your careful way of working, you make an important contribution to ensuring a constantly high product quality

We look forward to this profile

• You have completed training as a brewer, milk technologist, food technologist, or a comparable
• training in the food, beverage, or production sector
• Ideally, you bring experience in the operation and monitoring of production or process plants
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working with modern production plants
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly
• You are characterized by a strong awareness of quality, hygiene, and safety
• You are ready to work in 3-shift operation

You have good German skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
You are a team player, committed, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
