As the true conductor of our depot, you guarantee the availability of all our equipment, our machines, our products, and our vehicle fleet. We are looking for a trustworthy, rigorous, and autonomous person, capable of structuring our logistics, improving our processes, and enforcing procedures with professionalism. Your main responsibilities • Ensure complete management of stocks of products, consumables, machines, and equipment. • Permanently guarantee the availability of equipment for the teams. • Prepare and control orders intended for employees. • Manage the entries, exits, and traceability of equipment. • Organize inventories and guarantee the reliability of stocks. • Maintain a perfectly organized, clean, and functional depot. • Plan repairs, servicing, and maintenance of cleaning machines. • Manage orders with suppliers and ensure delivery follow-up. • Develop trusting relationships with our suppliers and seek the best procurement solutions. • Optimize costs, stocks, and logistics processes. • Ensure compliance with safety rules as well as the compliant storage of products. • Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of our vehicle fleet (condition, equipment, maintenance, inspections, coordination with garages). • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our logistics organization. Your profile You are a person recognized for your sense of organization, your rigor, and your ability to make things move forward. You notably possess: • confirmed experience in managing a store, a depot, or a logistics service; • an excellent capacity for organization and anticipation; • a rigorous, structured, and autonomous personality; • natural leadership and the ability to enforce procedures; • an excellent spirit of initiative and a strong solution orientation; • ease in contact with employees and suppliers; • a good mastery of IT tools (ERP, Excel, or inventory management software); • the category B driver's license. Experience in the field of professional cleaning is an asset.
