Insurance & Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

How you contribute * Processing and examination of insurance cases in the areas of property, liability, and accident insurance

• Advisory and correspondence on coverage questions and insurance-related topics with customers, insurers, sales partners, and internal stakeholders
• Administration and maintenance of insurance contracts as well as policies
• Creation, examination, and processing of insurance-relevant documents
• Support in claims processing and follow-up of claim cases
• Carrying out settlements as well as posting of commissions

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial training in the field of insurance, banking, wholesale and foreign trade, logistics, forwarding, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in an administrative, operational, or customer-oriented function
• Interest in insurance, risk, or financial topics
• Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for numbers
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
