CAD Drafter

For our client, a family-owned manufacturer based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for talent in the position of:

Watch movement drafter (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

Within the technical department, you will actively participate in the development of watch movements and contribute to the realization of innovative and high-performance solutions:

• Create complete drawing sets for new watch movements
• Design and develop tools and jigs intended for watchmaking workshops
• Collaborate closely with the Methods, R&D and Design departments
• Ensure the updating and management of technical data related to projects
• Participate in the improvement of concepts and construction solutions
• Contribute to developments related to new technologies, notably 3D printing

Your profile:

• CFC training as a microtechnical construction drafter, watchmaking construction technician or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar position within the watchmaking industry
• Mastery of Inventor, AutoCAD and Vault software
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Rigorous, organized and quality-oriented personality
• Autonomous, proactive and enjoying teamwork
