Housekeeping Specialist (80 – 100%)
The Stiftung Villa promotes around 100 young people and adults with behavioral abnormalities and/or mental impairments in their social, school, and professional development, to enable them to lead an independent, self-responsible life. Our range of services includes the three areas of School, Vocational Training & Work, as well as the training company Hotel Management/Housekeeping, which is part of the Vocational Training and Work area.

What awaits you
Training with heart and mind
Together with the Housekeeping Management, you will accompany our apprentices (EFZ, EBA and PrA INSOS) in their professional daily lives and support them in developing their skills and talents.
Taking responsibility
As a Hotel Management/Housekeeping specialist, you support the organization of daily business, coordinate workflows, and help ensure that quality and deadlines are met.
In the middle of the action instead of just being there
Whether cleaning, laundry, office, reception, or seasonal room decoration: You work actively and are responsible, together with the apprentices, for a professional and well-maintained appearance.
Living quality and hygiene
You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards and contribute to ensuring that residents, employees, and guests feel comfortable with us.
Co-shaping and further development
You contribute ideas, take responsibility, and help to further develop our training company as well as the housekeeping offering.
What you bring with you – besides your motivating personality
Completed training as a Specialist in Hotel Management-Housekeeping EFZ or comparable training
Joy in working with adolescents and young adults
Experience in accompanying people in the work process, ideally in work agogics
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
High social competence, empathy, and team spirit
Flexibility, resilience, and a positive basic attitude
Good MS-Office skills
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
