In order to complete our socioprofessional teams, we are looking for our Tonkin multiservice workshop in Collombey

a socioprofessional instructor at 40%, available Monday and Tuesday, on a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027

Your main missions:

• Accompany and support workers in their professional environment, in collaboration and coordination with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with 2 MSP colleagues within the multiservice workshop, which welcomes up to 24 beneficiaries
• Ensure pedagogical follow-up and socioprofessional reference

Your profile:

• Training as a socioprofessional instructor or training deemed equivalent
• Holder of a CFC in a manual or technical trade with good practical skills
• Autonomy in work, creativity, sense of responsibility and organization
• Entrepreneurial vision and orientation towards the development of the workshop's activity
• Pedagogical, relational skills, capacities for adaptation and negotiation
• Rigor in the application of work processes, production and hygiene standards
• Experience with people with an intellectual disability would be an asset
