As part of an orderly succession plan and for the targeted further development of the company, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as Managing Director (Traffic Engineering) In this key position, you hold overall responsibility for strategic, operational, and personnel management. You ensure continuity, further develop the organization and competencies, and strengthen the market position in a specialized, technologically driven environment. You set innovative impulses, drive these forward together with the team, and thus promote sustainable business development. In addition, you actively maintain relationships with public clients, customers, and partners, acquire new projects, and take responsibility in decisive project phases. In addition to a strong entrepreneurial spirit and practical experience you have an engineering education in the fields of traffic, electrical, civil/structural engineering, or informatics, as well as further training in business administration. You bring leadership experience, entrepreneurial understanding, and a proven track record in the project business – ideally in traffic or infrastructure technology as well as in the environment of public clients.
