• Global responsibility for the operational operation of the casino
• Direct management, development and coaching of subordinate sector managers
• Quality assurance of service, customer experience and operational excellence
• Responsibility for security, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Global responsibility for infrastructure, technology, facility management and investments
• Responsibility for budget, resources and operational performance
• Direction of strategic and cross-functional projects

What you bring

• Successful experience of several years in a comparable management function
• Higher education (HF, FH or university) in business management, hotel management, security management, or continuing education at MAS or MBA level
• Pronounced entrepreneurial and analytical spirit
• Solid operational and regulatory knowledge in the areas of security, cash management, technical infrastructure, service quality, compliance and player protection
• Marked skills in leadership and social relations
• Knowledge of the Federal Act on Money Games (BGS) as well as the corresponding ordinances or the willingness to acquire them quickly
• Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing as well as good knowledge of English, French is an asset
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Clean criminal record (extracts from the criminal record and the debt enforcement register will be requested upon signing the contract)
