Tasks Assembly & Commissioning: You professionally assemble drive systems and commission them independently Analysis & Problem Solving: You recognize errors, find solutions and contribute to continuous improvement Vocational Training & Knowledge: You provide technical support to other departments, accompany apprentices and pass on your know-how in the engine area Quality & Standards: You actively participate in the further development of standards and work instructions Flexibility & Responsibility: You also lend a hand in other areas and represent your teammates in their absence Profile Completed training as a construction machinery or agricultural machinery mechanic or car mechanic Some years of experience and sound mechanical understanding in the engine and drive sector Very independent, clean and reliable way of working Joy in passing on knowledge and in working with apprentices
