Operation Manager «Flexibility» (M/F) 80% - 100% - CDD 6 months (CDI conceivable afterwards) Our Market business unit's mission is to lay the foundations for a successful energy transition by enabling everyone to contribute. It develops innovative solutions based on flexible assets (photovoltaics, batteries, power-to-heat and electromobility). In order to complete our Electricity Supply & Products team at the Morges site, we are looking for an Operation Manager «Flexibility» (M/F) 80% - 100% - CDD 6 months (CDI conceivable afterwards) Profile - HES or EPF engineer - Bachelor level - in a technical field or training deemed equivalent - Experience in the energy field, experience in a startup would be particularly appreciated - Sectoral knowledge in IoT solutions and communication systems applied to energy (e.g.: smart gateway, EMS systems, routers / local communication infrastructure) - Very good level of Excel required, Power BI is a great plus - Basic knowledge in electrical engineering and electronics - Knowledge of markets and portfolio logic in energy is a plus - Strong appetite and skills for technology and innovation (agility, flexibility, process construction) - Fluent French and professional English (min C1) - Strong organization and structuring skills - Strong interest and knowledge in the energy transition, the environment and the technologies of tomorrow - Great autonomy, proactivity, acute sense of initiative, excellent communication skills to unite cross-functional teams Responsibilities - Develop and guarantee the smooth functioning of the flexible assets value chain (PV, batteries, power-to-heat) by coordinating key stages, from the finalization of the sale to technical deployment, then to current operation. Initially, the focus will be on a virtual power plant of photovoltaic assets. - Ensure technical monitoring and the smooth integration of new flexible assets within the VPP (Virtual Power Plants) platform, in collaboration with the engineering and operation teams. - Act as the central point of contact and facilitator between internal teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Billing) and external partners in order to align objectives and resolve bottlenecks. - Implement and monitor asset key performance indicators (KPI), ensure the quality of reported data, reporting, and ensure compliance of the customer billing process. - Identify opportunities to optimize deployment and operation processes with a view to industrializing the "flexibility" offering Advantages In this team, you can work in the office and at home.
