Your field of activity

• You independently manage our construction projects from construction sequence planning and work preparation through to execution, measurement, billing, and warranty acceptance
• On the construction site, you supervise our work groups and lead the personnel
• You bear responsibility for compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines
• During the project, you work closely with external and internal interfaces such as acquisition and are the first point of contact for the client
• You support acquisition in building and maintaining customer contacts

Your foundation

• You have completed further training as a Construction Manager or Master Builder and have practical experience in construction
• Thanks to your convincing personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you have the ability to motivate and lead people
• You enjoy direct interaction with customers and business partners on site
• In addition to an interest in business management contexts, you also demonstrate initiative and a sense of responsibility
