User Experience Architect & Business Analyst Senior

• Conducting business analyses as well as elicitation and specification of requirements for eGovernment applications
• Conception and design of user-friendly and barrier-free UX/UI solutions including design specifications
• Planning and implementation of usability tests as well as continuous optimization of the user experience
• Coordination of cooperation between development, specialist departments and project management
• Central contact person for requirements engineering as well as advising stakeholders and users

This makes you unique

• Higher education (FH, university) in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business analysis and UX design as well as in the creation of requirement profiles and design specifications
• Experience in the conception of user-friendly and barrier-free front-end solutions as well as confident handling of common methods and tools (e.g. BPMN, User-Centered Design, Axure RP, Jira, Confluence)
• Structured, independent personality with strong communication and project management skills (Scrum, SAFe)
• Very good active knowledge of at least one official language in spoken and written form as well as passive knowledge of a second official language
