We are looking for a Group Leader Broker Support for our Broker & Partner division, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile function, you will actively shape the support of our brokers and contribute to the successful implementation of our strategy in the broker market.

In this responsible position, you will lead broker advisors, further develop relationships with our broker partners and support the Head of Broker & Partner with management and sales tasks.

Your diverse tasks:

• You lead the broker advisors assigned to you, accompany their development and determine the training needs within the team
• You develop and maintain customer relationships with the brokers, conduct advisory meetings and ensure professional processing of inquiries
• You assess tenders, create offers as well as decision-making bases and undertake existing business work in all sectors
• You observe the market, promote sales, organize training and events and maintain regular contact with the underwriters at the headquarters

Your profile:

• You bring sound experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the broker environment
• You are an experienced and committed leader who enjoys the development of employees
• You possess a professional federal diploma or an equivalent further education
• You think entrepreneurially and recognize opportunities in the market
• You convince through your negotiation skills and your strong customer orientation
• You work in a structured, independent manner and with high personal responsibility
• German is your mother tongue and you have good French skills
