Technical Clerk Spare Parts

You have completed technical training, for example in the heating, sanitary, automotive, or agricultural machinery industry, and would like to use your knowledge in an office environment in the future? With us, you will identify and procure the correct spare parts, advise our customers, and process orders on the PC.

These are your tasks

• Identify spare parts based on customer information and technical documents
• Provide competent advice to customers by telephone and email
• Inquire about and procure spare parts from suppliers
• Record and process orders and assignments in the ERP system
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate open orders
• Maintain technical master data and documentation

• Technical background, for example in the heating, sanitary, automotive, or agricultural machinery industry
• Good technical understanding and a practical, solution-oriented way of thinking
• Confident use of the computer
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
