To complete our Process Engineering team in Bienne, we are looking for a/an:
Process Engineer (F/M/X) 100%
Your mission
You are the technical referent during the industrialization of new products and processes. You ensure the transition between development and production by guaranteeing robust, high-performance processes that comply with the company's quality requirements.
Your responsibilities
Define and develop manufacturing and assembly processes for new products.
Lead industrialization phases up to production implementation.
Write technical documentation (instructions, procedures) and conduct FMEA risk analyses.
Qualify and validate production means and processes according to IQ/OQ/PQ.
Define workstations, equipment, and tools necessary for assembly, and calculate production times.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams.
Participate in multidisciplinary projects, including client meetings.
Drive continuous improvement actions (quality, performance, costs) and ensure reporting Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE)
Your profile
HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent in microtechnology, mechanics, or a similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical industrial environment (microtechnology, precision mechanics, assembly).
Proven experience in the industrialization of new products and project management, in high-precision manufacturing/assembly processes and the validation of equipment and processes.
Ability to bridge the gap between development, production, and clients, with clear communication toward various interlocutors.
Influence leadership: leading multidisciplinary project teams and mobilizing production teams without a direct hierarchical link.
Solution-oriented analytical mindset, comfortable with transmitting knowledge and training manufacturing teams on new processes.
Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills, with management of several projects in parallel.
Spirit of initiative and orientation toward continuous improvement.
Languages: Bilingual French/English (minimum B2), good knowledge of German is a real asset.
