Floor Layer Epoxy Resin / Industrial Flooring (m/f/d)

For our customer, we are looking for a reliable and experienced floor layer in the field of epoxy resin / industrial flooring, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Do you have manual dexterity, work cleanly and precisely, and ideally already have experience with synthetic resin or epoxy resin floors? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

• Dismantling of existing floor coverings as well as professional disposal if required
• Complete milling of adhesive, coating, and other residues on the subfloor
• Repairing and professional sealing of joints and cracks in the substrate
• Priming and pre-treating the subfloor with suitable primer
• Spackling, leveling, and grinding of the subfloor
• Re-priming the spackled and prepared floor surface
• Professional mixing of 2-component epoxy resin in compliance with the respective manufacturer's instructions
• Application of the epoxy resin and even distribution with spatula and nylon roller
• Application of a second epoxy resin layer if required
• Uniform coloring and clean execution of the floor coating
• Checking the performed work regarding quality and uniformity
• Compliance with applicable safety, processing, and quality regulations

Your profile

• Professional experience in the field of epoxy resin floors, synthetic resin floors, industrial floors, or floor coatings
• Experience in the preparation and processing of substrates
• Knowledge in handling 2-component epoxy resin is an advantage
• Confident handling of milling, grinding, and spatula tools
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Clean, precise, and independent way of working
• Physical resilience and reliability
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
