We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 75’000 and CHF 85’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You receive visitors, employees, and third-party companies in a friendly manner and provide support with questions.
• Your daily tasks include administrative activities such as data entry, ID management, access management, service orders, and correspondence.
• In an emergency, you are the main coordination point and, with a calm and deliberate manner, initiate the first intervention according to the emergency concept and, if necessary, instruct the emergency services.
• Furthermore, you operate the building automation (e.g., lighting control, access systems) and bring technical understanding.
• As a company first aider, you take over the first aid in case of accidents or medical incidents and are the 1st contact person for rescue services.
• During rounds, you check the infrastructure, report security deficiencies, and sensitize staff to occupational safety and health protection.
