Head of Accounting & Collections (m/f/d) 80-100% What you will move with us You scale and optimize the accounting and collection processes through the use of digital and AI-driven tools for true "touchless accounting". As a manager, you support your team and specifically promote a culture of personal responsibility and permanent improvement. You prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and group specifications and ensure correct VAT accounting. You reliably guarantee an effective IKS and act as the central contact person for auditing. You act proactively as a sparring partner in the finance team and take over the management of cross-departmental projects. Your backpack for this position The basis of your success is a degree in business administration, ideally supplemented by further training in accounting, audit or digital leadership. You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, several of which were as a manager. Ideally in a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment. You have already worked practically with AI-Agents and digital workflows; furthermore, you understand accounting processes and ERP landscapes in detail. Your way of working is structured and systematic, paired with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Thanks to your high will to shape things, you not only plan digitalization projects but also actively implement them. You communicate clearly and understandably at all times, while being characterized by high determination and personal commitment.
