Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Analyze contracts and service packages to be acquired in terms of degree of utilization, duration, and specificity • Evaluate technical and contractual transferability in the standard operation of UFIT and agree with product owners and specialist sectors on risks and acquisition conditions • Provide operational support to product owners by drafting purchase requests, assisting in procurement procedures, as well as documentation and budget monitoring throughout the entire application lifecycle • Manage application lifecycle planning (roadmap, release, changes, replacements) and coordinate supplier performance in accordance with the contract (service level agreement [SLA], indicators, quality); collaborate on the preparation of documentation for OMC procurements • Ensure service availability from the day of acquisition (monitoring, backup, patch management, access management) and collaborate on the preparation of security documentation (Schuban, SIPD, ICT basic protection) <br /> What distinguishes you • Tertiary-level education (SSS, SUP, university) in computer science, business informatics or ICT management, or equivalent professional experience • Several years of professional experience in managing ICT services, particularly in the acquisition and operation of specialist applications; project experience in the context of the transition and transformation of applications into the desired operational mode • Mastery of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release, and service level management) • Knowledge of public procurement law (LAPub/OAPub), including contract controlling and supplier performance management (SLA/KPI, escalation, extensions) • Basic knowledge regarding security documentation (Schuban, SIPD, ICT basic protection), in order to actively collaborate in the development of security plans • High sense of responsibility and ability to define priorities confidently even in high-pressure situations; strong mediation skills between clients, suppliers, and internal teams • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary As the main interlocutor, you will coordinate contracts, suppliers, and specialist sectors, ensuring that acquisitions are carried out on schedule and in compliance with quality standards. In this context, you will follow the entire lifecycle of the specialist application, from contract analysis to the procurement procedure and through to secure commissioning.
