FMH is the professional association of physicians in Switzerland. It is simultaneously the umbrella organization of the cantonal medical societies and medical specialist societies. With over 47‘000 members, it covers practically the entire medical profession in Switzerland.
FMH actively advocates for future-oriented and sustainable healthcare. The training of Medical Practice Assistants (MPA EFZ) plays an essential role here. The MPA Competence Center, as part of the Vocational Development & Public Health division (7 employees in total), supervises, among other things, the inter-company courses (üK) for trainees and coordinates and supports the committees that ensure the initial and continuing education of MPA EFZ in Switzerland. To reinforce our team, we are looking for an organizational talent with quick comprehension, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Specialist Vocational Development / MPA Competence Center 60 % (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Central contact point for MPA, MPK as well as physicians
Independent committee support in the area of Vocational Development & Public Health, incl. correspondence (D/F)
Research, selection and analysis of scientific texts regarding vocational development topics
Interpretation of existing data as well as writing reports and creating statistics
Operative project management in cooperation with the Co-Leader (independent planning and control)
Maintenance and updating of the website
What you bring
Higher vocational education (HF/FH in the health or education sector) with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a health policy or education policy environment
Proficient German, good knowledge of the French language in speaking and writing (at least level B2), English and Italian skills are welcome
Experienced use of MS-Office applications as well as a high digital affinity
Project management experience
