Administrative Employee in the internal sales department

Your tasks:

• Computerized processing of offers, orders and inquiries, as well as ensuring the flow of information for the field service employees
• Information on order status, availability, prices or product characteristics during direct inquiries from professional customers
• Welcoming professional customers visiting the showroom, in collaboration with team members
• Replacement of team members during their leave

What you bring:

• Basic commercial or gastronomic training, preferably with additional training or experience in sales processing at the wholesale level
• Efficient and team-oriented working style, combined with good IT skills
• Very good oral skills and good written skills in French, an asset
• Taste for quality products
• Calm and good manners when facing demanding clientele
