Your missions?

• Define performance objectives and acceptance criteria based on business stakes and expected service levels
• Build the test strategy and plan: load, stress, endurance, and scalability
• Design and automate user journeys with JMeter and/or LoadRunner (VuGen)
• Prepare test data and configure load scenarios
• Participate in the setup of environments and monitoring tools
• Drive test campaigns and ensure real-time monitoring
• Analyze results and identify bottlenecks or capacity issues
• Utilize monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk to facilitate performance analysis
• Formulate optimization recommendations on various components: application, database, infrastructure
• Perform re-test campaigns after correction and measure the gains obtained
• Produce performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices

Your profile?

• Higher education in computer science or a technical field
• Proven experience in performance and load testing
• Mastery of JMeter and/or LoadRunner / VuGen
• Good knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring tools
• Ability to analyze complex issues and identify their origin
• Ease in coordination with technical and business stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and result-oriented
• Fluent French indispensable
