Head of Nursing Department/Team Leader Coordination Spitex (80-100%)

On behalf of our client, a sympathetic, renowned, and strongly growing Spitex organization (PA model) with a sympathetic company culture (workplace City of Bern or City of Zurich can be chosen, central locations, parking spaces in front of the house, regular weekly working hours), we are looking for an experienced Dipl. nursing specialist/BSc Nursing for the department and team management as well as punctual case management (without nursing activity). Head of Nursing Department/Team Leader Coordination Spitex (80-100%)# In this versatile function, you will lead a collegial team of specialists (Dipl. nursing specialists and Dipl. health professionals), which takes over case management and nursing planning for care, including preventive support for clients at home. You will plan nursing services across the board, including supervision in needs assessments, target specifications, and deployment planning for Dipl. PH/FaGe's and caring relatives (PA) who care for patients on site. You will support punctual case management and coordination with health insurance companies, advise teams, and support client consulting (by phone, occasionally also on site - e.g., for site determinations or complex topics). Together with your team, you will ensure optimal provision of nursing services and client care. As a communicative person, you will also find it easy to cooperate actively and exchange information with various contacts (management, care team, external offices such as health insurance companies or authorities). To be successful in this exciting job, you have completed the dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent further training and have possibly further educated yourself (e.g., NDS medical or business administration). Additionally, you have already gained versatile practice in leadership, case management, and coordination in the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex). You enjoy communicating with different contacts, accompanying nursing cases with your teams, and building a professional relationship based on trust. You work with high independence, are well organized, and have a great ability to introduce yourself, as well as a healthy dose of humor.
