What awaits you ##### • You support the store management in the daily management and organization of the boutique • You assume operational responsibility for the store in the absence of management and ensure the smooth running of operations • You provide competent and customer-oriented advice and help with the selection of gifts from our varied range • You ensure an attractive presentation of our wide range of confectionery and chocolates, particularly through creative staging of the store • You guarantee impeccable quality and consistently apply our high standards • You set an example in sales and actively support the team in daily activities • You are an important point of contact for the team as well as for customers • You contribute to the optimization of work processes and ensure that the boutique operates efficiently and profitably What you bring ##### • You have proven experience in management in the chocolate or high-end food sector (as a store manager or principal assistant) • This is a field position, in direct contact with customers and sales teams - it's not an administrative position • You like to take a practical approach ("hands-on") and have an affinity for technology • You are motivated by process optimization and have an entrepreneurial spirit • You demonstrate exceptional quality and hygiene awareness • You appreciate open and respectful communication, you master French and have a good level of English (ideally B2 or C1).
