The CPNE is the reference actor in terms of vocational training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. It offers training and support across the different levels of vocational training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).

Your missions
At the head of the CPNE, you ensure the management and development of a key institution of vocational training in the canton of Neuchâtel.
You guarantee its smooth functioning, the quality of its services for learners, and its evolution in compliance with the legal framework and the orientations defined by the authorities.
You unite the teams around a common culture based on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In close collaboration with the pole managements, you promote institutional coherence while supporting their specificities and their autonomy.
You accompany pedagogical, digital, and organizational transformations in order to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
By developing strong partnerships with professional circles, training actors, and authorities, you contribute to the influence of the CPNE and to the continuous adaptation of its services in phase with technological, economic, and societal evolutions.
Finally, you also ensure the management of human, financial, and organizational resources as well as strategic projects and continuous improvement processes in order to guarantee a high-performing, innovative, and attractive institution.

Your profile
Holding a master's level qualification, you benefit from solid experience in a management and team leadership function. You have a real interest in vocational training and understand its challenges.
A unifying personality, you inspire trust, promote collaboration, and know how to mobilize teams around a common vision. Equipped with an excellent sense of organization, you know how to anticipate evolutions, lead complex transformations, and set priorities in a demanding environment.
At ease with pedagogical, digital, and artificial intelligence-related challenges, you accompany innovation with pragmatism. You master the financial and HR dimensions, while evolving with ease within an institutional and political framework.
Recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, and your ability to make decisions, you demonstrate availability and good stress management.
This position is being put out to tender due to the retirement of the current holder.
