The esthetic med GmbH based in Küssnacht am Rigi has been active in Switzerland since 2001. We supply doctors, clinics and hospitals throughout Switzerland with products and technologies for plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, aesthetic dermatology and medical cosmetics. Thanks to long-standing international partnerships, we are among the established providers in our sectors in the market.

Your tasks
Independent processing of customer orders from A-Z
Creation of offers and customer correspondence in German and French
Processing of the ordering process and coordination of deliveries
Processing of customer inquiries and orders by telephone and e-mail
Close cooperation with the field service in German- and French-speaking Switzerland
Support at customer events
Diverse administrative activities in D/F/E
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in internal service, customer service or a comparable position
Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
Good to very good French skills
English skills are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP- or CRM-systems is a plus
High customer orientation and strong communication skills
Networked thinking and the willingness to take responsibility
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
