Requirement profile:

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training or in training to become a Process Specialist or similar (HF level)
• Professional experience in production planning/work preparation
• Good understanding of technical contexts and manufacturing processes
• Structured and methodical approach with a very independent and reliable way of working
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office programs
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action with a team-oriented and friendly manner
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

Tasks:

• Work preparation, production planning and control
• Recording and deadline monitoring of production orders
• Purchasing
• Creation of manufacturing lists, bills of materials and production documents
• Monitoring of stock levels / minimum stock levels
• Maintenance and updating of article and supplier master data
• Supplier management and optimization of purchasing conditions with suppliers
• Calculation and determination of manufacturing costs
• Ongoing maintenance and further development of the ERP system (SelectLine)
• Continuous process optimization
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces
