To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF at 60%-80% immediately or by arrangement. Responsibilities/ Main tasks: Independent, competent and resource-oriented care of our clients in the home environment; Direct exchange with our customers, relatives and the interdisciplinary team; Digital documentation for efficient work organization with Perigon; Taking on extended responsibility and helping to shape modern nursing processes, case management; Daily responsibility in intervals. Qualification/ Requirements: Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas); RAI HC basic course; Proficient in the application and execution of the entire nursing process including needs assessment; Experience in taking on daily responsibility; Joy and motivation for nursing in the outpatient sector; High social competence, ability to work in a team and empathy; Very good German skills in speaking and writing min. B2; Driver's license Cat. B and own car; Structured and independent way of working; Shifts in all services. Early, late, weekend and split shifts are no problem for you.
