Product Manager Banking Services (80 - 100 %)

Your tasks

• Product management and development: You are responsible for our e-banking, payment transactions, and account products and develop them specifically based on customer needs and market trends
• Operations and quality assurance: You ensure specialist 2nd-level support, coordinate incidents and changes, and take on specialist leadership during tests and product launches
• Sales support and knowledge transfer: You support our customer advisors with practical training, understandable documentation, and instructions. You also ensure targeted internal communication and develop sales promotion measures together with the marketing team
• Interface management: You coordinate cooperation with external partners and internal specialist departments and ensure a targeted exchange of information
• Specialist leadership: You coordinate and accompany the Banking Services focus team, provide specialist impulses, and promote cooperation
• Deputy: You represent the team leadership and take on responsibility in the operational day-to-day business

Your profile

• Completed banking training or comparable qualification, supplemented by further training in business administration or technology
• Several years of professional experience in banking, preferably in product management, payment transactions, or e-banking
• Sound specialist knowledge in e-banking, payment transactions, and account products, as well as an in-depth understanding of the underlying banking processes
• High affinity for digital technologies and interest in their use and further development in the banking business
• Experience in project, change, or test management is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Readiness to take on specialist responsibility, pass on knowledge, and support others
