What awaits you: ###

• As a senior system engineer, you are on the front line with the client for the conception, design, and implementation/migration of the Modern Workplace
• You support our clients with comprehensive information and advice on new technologies and systems in the Modern Workplace segment
• You take the technical lead for Modern Workplace in professional services and are the interlocutor for this subject
• With great autonomy and responsibility, you develop and implement Workplace infrastructures as well as their management environments
• Development and implementation of Modern Workplace concepts including the GPO strategy
• Collection, documentation, and introduction of new Modern Workplace features
• Support in case of operational problems within the framework of level 3 support
• Occasional on-call duty

What you bring: ###

• Several years of practical experience in the Modern Workplace field in medium to large-sized IT environments, ideally at an IT service provider
• You have higher professional education in IT (economic) (FH, HF) with professional experience
• You enjoy direct contact with clients, including on-site, and have a talent for advising and leading our clients
• You have a strong service orientation, an autonomous and solution-oriented approach
• You possess excellent knowledge of M365 Modern Workplace and think in terms of end-to-end architecture
• Workplace security is a matter of course for you
• Broad expertise in the M365 cloud field as well as experience in the MDM field complete your profile
• You have excellent analytical skills, proceeding in a structured manner to identify and resolve technical problems
• Excellent German and a good command of English are indispensable
