tasks

• the main focus of this position is in apprentice training as well as in execution planning
• additionally, you take measurements of buildings and plots
• in doing so, you work closely with the architects, planners, construction and project managers
• if suitable and interested, there is the possibility for internal further development or external further training
• additionally, you are responsible for schedule, quality and cost standards
• the workload can, depending on wish, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a building technician, structural drafter / architectural drafter and / or bring many years of practice in this specialist field (w/m/d)
• an apprentice trainer certificate as well as experience in the apprenticeship system is of great advantage, however, the joy of supporting trainees is important
• do you describe yourself as thinking along, communicative, eager to learn and strong in planning?
