For a leading technology company in the field of heating and air conditioning technology, we are looking for an IT-oriented personality who wants to combine ERP user support, process optimization, and project work. In this versatile role, you will support the service organization in their daily work with SAP and other application systems. At the same time, you will train employees, analyze processes, and actively participate in the upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation. ERP - Support Specialist 80 - 100% Your tasks You are the central contact person for employees in service internal sales for questions regarding SAP CS as well as other ERP and application systems. You support service technicians with system questions and ensure a smooth workflow. You plan and conduct training sessions and promote sustainable knowledge transfer within the service organization. You participate in projects for the expansion, optimization, or replacement of existing systems. You support the operational service processes, including invoice printing, checking service invoices, and processing error logs. You prepare data from SAP CS, QlikView or Qlik Sense, analyze it, and derive potential improvements from it. You regularly visit various branches to conduct training and promote the exchange of experience. You actively participate in the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. What you bring with you At least three years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment Experience in user support as well as in participation in projects Practical experience with an ERP system Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel A high IT affinity and enjoyment of digital systems and processes SAP knowledge, ideally in the CS module, is an advantage but not a requirement – comprehensive training is provided.
