Logistics Key Account Specialist

For the Transportation & Customer Service department in Luzern, we are looking for a responsible and committed personality as a Logistics Key Account Specialist, starting by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Support and further development of strategic logistics relationships with key customers to ensure high service quality
• Coordination of cooperation between customers as well as internal areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Transport
• Planning and implementation of optimization measures along the Supply Chain to increase service, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring of logistics performance and ensuring compliance with service, quality and safety standards
• Identification and realization of optimization potentials regarding costs, processes and customer requirements
• Collaboration on projects as well as the continuous further development of processes and interfaces within the area of responsibility

Our requirements:

• Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Customer Service
• Experience in the management of customer relationships and cross-departmental projects
• Good understanding of logistical processes and customer-specific supply chains
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
