For our upbeat team at the Zürich-Altstetten location, we are looking for, by arrangement, an additional Vocational Trainer / Coach Development digital business EFZ (w/m/d, 80–100 %) You will strengthen our training team at the Zürich location & shape a motivating, practical learning environment in the basic training year, in which young people can discover their strengths & develop their potential. As a coach, you are responsible for the methodical & professional training of the apprentices in the profession of Developer Digital Business EFZ. In doing so, you bring your professional experience, for example from product or project management, as well as proven methods & practical experience into the training. Depending on your strengths, you will take on further roles within our circular organization & actively help shape the further development of our training. These topics you will convey In the basic training year, we promote conceptual, technical, methodical & communicative competencies in the following fields of action: Analyze & further develop business processes Manage & evaluate data Develop digital solutions Automate business processes Realize & introduce ICT solutions Business Engineering Digital Transformation As a team, we support each other & use our different skills in a targeted manner. We are connected by a lot of practical experience, high motivation & a strong claim to quality. What you bring with you You have at least three years of professional experience – for example as a Product Owner, Project Manager or in a comparable function. Experience in the accompaniment or training of apprentices is a plus, but not a requirement. You have experience in product &/or project management. You enjoy developing creative solutions & implementing them in a structured & methodical way – from the first idea to the introduction & continuous optimization. You are creative, tech-savvy & interested in digital developments. You have a degree or practical experience in the field of business informatics or in a comparable subject area. Alternatively, you are willing to undergo further training in this direction. You want to individually, professionally & methodically accompany young people at the beginning of their professional career. You have strong social & communicative skills, enjoy taking responsibility & know how to inspire & further develop others. You communicate fluently in German, both orally & in writing.
