Our client combines two worlds that fit together excellently: professional industrial production and vocational training with a social mandate.

On one side are customer orders, quality, deadlines, calculations, and functioning production planning. On the other side are young people finding their place in the professional world, acquiring specialist knowledge, and developing personally.

For this special environment, we want to win a technically savvy personality who understands production, thinks organizationally, and enjoys taking responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for a Technical Clerk AVOR as of January 2027 or even earlier.

Your task:

• You are an important hub between customers, administration, and production and accompany technical orders from the inquiry to the delivery.
• You record and process orders in the ERP system, create offers and order confirmations, organize the necessary documents, and take care of delivery notes as well as technical documentation.

But pure clerical work would be a rather incomplete description of your task.

• You clarify customer needs, check technical feasibility together with the specialists, procure necessary raw materials, and ensure that orders flow into production in a sensible and realistic manner.
• An essential part of your function therefore lies in AVOR and production planning. You coordinate deadlines, materials, and capacities, coordinate continuously with production, and maintain an overview even when several orders demand your attention simultaneously.

In short: You ensure that things are planned correctly at the front, so that things can be produced correctly at the back.

What you bring:

• Your professional basis lies in mechanics or a comparable technical environment. You are particularly interesting to our client if you have once worked practically in manufacturing yourself and therefore do not only know theoretically what is technically feasible.
• Knowledge in CNC machining is a clear advantage.
• Perhaps you have already pursued further technical or commercial training, for example at HF level or as a Technical Merchant with a federal diploma. Perhaps you are currently in the middle of such further training. Both fit.
• Experience in AVOR, production planning, production coordination, or technical order processing will facilitate your entry. Equally important are a good technical and commercial understanding as well as confident handling of ERP systems.
• You communicate in an uncomplicated and professional manner with customers, work in a structured and independent way, and do not lose the thread even with several parallel orders.

And one more thing is important:

This position has an additional dimension. You work in an environment in which vocational training is consciously lived. Young people gain practical experience here and are accompanied on their way into the working world.

You therefore do not have to be a vocational trainer. However, personal maturity, sense of responsibility, patience, and a natural, respectful way of dealing with young people are required. Anyone who enjoys not only using professional experience but also passing something on through their own behavior will feel comfortable in this environment.
