As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an engaged and down-to-earth personality as Municipal Administrator (80-100%). In this varied activity, you will take on the technical, personnel, and administrative leadership of the municipal administration. Together with your team (total 20 employees), you will ensure a technically competent implementation of the legal framework and decisions of the Municipal Council or the Hölsteiner sovereign (as of September 2026, within the framework of an administrative cooperation, also those of the municipality of Lampenberg). In everyday life, you are a sparring partner for your employees, the staff office for the Municipal Council and the municipal assembly, as well as the implementer of diverse projects. As a modern service provider, you provide all internal and external services cost-effectively and performance-oriented.
