Specialist in Care (FaBe EFZ) Job title: Specialist in Care Child Workplace: Filu Kita, Hauptstrasse 15, 8274 Tägerwilen Workload: 50-80% Start of work: by arrangement Tasks:

You care for and promote children from the age of 3 months until they enter kindergarten with creative, playful and age-appropriate activities and accompany them in their holistic development
Contribute ideas and actively help shape everyday life in the Kita. From pedagogical offers to excursions to special occasions or parent activities.
You work together with the team to further develop clear and reliable structures in everyday life and to shape a well-organized, lively Kita everyday life.
Take on responsibility, think ahead and actively contribute to the further development of processes and pedagogical offers.
You maintain open and professional communication with parents and ensure an appreciative exchange.
You actively participate in team meetings and contribute to an appreciative and supportive team culture.
Requirements:

Completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ, specialty child.

Professional experience in a daycare center or similar facilities.

High social competence, sense of responsibility and reliability.

Creativity and commitment in shaping the Kita everyday life.

Very good German language skills.
