Recruitment & Sales Consultant m/f/d/ 100%

• Recruiting: find, select, and win construction personnel
• Preparing: train employees and equip them according to your customers' requirements
• Organizing: coordinate assignments between customers and employees – including all administrative tasks
• Supporting: first point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances, and administrative topics
• Building up: build up and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large-scale projects

We expect:

• Completed EFZ training in the construction industry or a construction-related field
• German at native speaker level as well as very good language skills in Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory)
• Open, communicative personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good knowledge of the Bern region, initiative, and a convincing appearance
• Driving license Cat. B and willingness to conduct customer and employee visits with the company vehicle
