Senior railway & road project managers 80%-100% - (F/M) - Yverdon ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Within the Infrastructure Department, you will independently manage multidisciplinary railway projects, from the preliminary study to commissioning. Responsible for costs, deadlines, quality, safety, and risks, you will define the organization of each project, manage the mandated engineering offices, internal services, and successful bidders, and be the preferred interlocutor for sponsors and external partners. You will also support road projects from municipalities, the canton, and inter-municipal associations that impact our transport activities, and contribute to evolving our technical standards and processes. Through your commitment, you will participate directly in the modernization of the railway network and the quality of mobility in the region. A HES engineer or having benefited from training deemed equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the railway field or within a public transport company. You have good knowledge of railway technology and master the management of multidisciplinary projects. Training in project management, a CAS in railway technology, as well as knowledge of LMP/OMP, OCF, OPAPIF, directives, and RTE constitute assets. Equipped with an excellent sense of planning and priorities, you know how to unite a project team composed of internal and external stakeholders. Recognized for your rigor, your ability to synthesize, your listening skills, and clear and precise communication, you like to see your projects take shape in the field.
