School-age children and adolescents with asylum status attend the Schulangebote Asyl during the first phase of their stay in the Canton of Luzern. At various locations, they are prepared for integration into community schools or regular bridging offers. Teacher School Offers Asylum (a) # 40% | Luzern | immediately or by arrangement ## Shaping the future together: The Schulangebote Asyl Luzern are looking for a teacher (DaZ/Math/General Education) who is committed and dedicated to the education and integration of adolescents and young adults and accompanies them on their educational path in Switzerland. Your tasks • You teach learners from different backgrounds and accompany them on the way into our education system. • You promote the learners in the areas of language and mathematics as well as in transversal competencies. • You accompany and support the learners through personal coaching conversations, enable learning paths and show perspectives for their school and professional future. Your profile • You have a recognized teaching qualification for primary school or Sek II as well as several years of teaching experience. • Ideally, you already have additional training in the subject area of German as a Second Language or possess a certificate in school special education. • Dealing with rapidly changing learning groups is easy for you and working with learners in an intercultural environment gives you great pleasure.
