Your tasks • Operational bookkeeping: Independent management of financial and property accounting for a versatile real estate portfolio. • Preparation of financial statements: Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (incl. VAT returns). • Heating and ancillary costs: Preparation as well as plausibility check of the annual heating and ancillary cost statements. • Payment transactions & reminder management: Monitoring of payment transactions, implementation of rent adjustments and management of the reminder and debt collection processes. • Interface function: Close exchange with property managers, owners, auditors and authorities. Qualifications Your profile • Education: Commercial basic training with specialized further training in finance and accounting (e.g., accounting clerk, federal diploma in finance and accounting or real estate fiduciary). • Professional experience: • Ideally: Several years of experience in property accounting. Alternatively: Sound experience as a financial accountant with the great motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with the specifics of real estate accounting. • Professional competence: Closing security is a mandatory requirement for this position. • Systems: Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office. (Experience with real estate software is an advantage, but quickly learnable thanks to the integrated and logical system). • Personality: You work exactly, structured and independently.
