We are a placement agency active throughout Switzerland (28 agencies), but it is here, in Valais, that we are looking for someone who is anchored. Someone who knows the local companies, their ways of working, and who does not need to tame the region before being efficient.

In order to meet the needs of our loyal partner, we are looking for a Site Manager (technician) for the Sion / Sierre region.

Job description

You manage construction sites from A to Z — from the planning phase to the handing over of the keys. Concretely, this means:

• Coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Meeting deadlines and budgets without losing sight of quality
• Ensuring safety on the construction site, without compromise
• Being the trusted interlocutor between management, clients, and teams
• Anticipating problems before they become blockages

Profile sought

• Federal diploma of site manager
• Federal certificate of team leader and/or foreman, a real plus
• Solid experience on construction sites in Switzerland, ideally in Valais
• A sense of the field: you probably started as a mason or foreman, and it shows in your way of working
• Direct communication and natural leadership — teams follow you because they trust you
