Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse 60-100% / Deputy Head of Nursing and Care

Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Execution of therapeutic care acts
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Electronic documentation of care via Care-Coach
• Management of tasks as a reference person
• Management of the care process
• Conducting case meetings
• Availability for night shifts
• Assumption of daily responsibility, optional: management of nursing staff
• Assumption of tasks as a theme manager, professional directive authority

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an asset
• Desired experience as a BESA tutor or manager
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
