As the need for psychiatric nursing in the family setting is increasing sharply, we are looking for, to complement our team, as of immediately or by arrangement, a:
Case Management Focus Psychiatry (50-100%)
Work location: 9326 Horn
Your mission:
You manage psychiatric cases in the pediatric environment with overview and heart
You are the pivot point for families, specialists and external partners
You coach relatives and strengthen them in everyday life
You assess the psychiatric nursing needs, carry out reassessments and keep an eye on the nursing interventions
You implement nursing planning effectively
You actively help shape our Psychiatric area
You take on concept responsibility and advance ideas
What you bring with you:
Nursing professional HF/ FH with a focus on psychiatry
Admission for psychiatric assessments
At least 2 years of experience (ideal: child and adolescent psychiatry)
Independent way of working and good organizational skills
Team player and reliable in cooperation
Administrative tasks are a matter of course for you
Driver's license Cat. B
