Your mission: Within a human-sized team, you contribute to the smooth running of the Centre and to the quality of welcome and care for our patients. The position is distinguished by its versatility and combines administrative activities, care, and medico-technical activities. Reception and administration * Physical and telephone reception of patients; * Management of appointments and schedules; * Processing of requests and administrative follow-up of patient files; * Invoicing and common administrative tasks; * Organization and coordination of operations and analgesic procedures Reception and care and medico-technical activities * Participation in consultations and care, including wound care; * Performing ECGs; * Digital radiology; * Reading and monitoring of spinal cord stimulators and implanted pumps; * Assistance during analgesic interventions in the operating room with fluoroscopy, flat-panel detector and/or ultrasound. Your profile: You benefit from a recognized training in the medical or medico-administrative field: * CFC as a medical assistant or a title deemed equivalent; or * Medical secretary diploma, ideally completed by experience in a medical practice or clinic. * Another relevant training in the medical or care field may also be considered depending on your background and experience. * Previous experience in a medical environment is an asset We are looking for a person: * Empathic, listening, and comfortable in the relationship with patients; * Rigorous, conscientious, and endowed with a good sense of responsibility; * Organized and capable of managing priorities; * Flexible, dynamic, and capable of adapting to varied activity; * Comfortable in teamwork and communication; * Autonomous, involved, and motivated to develop new skills.
