Professional Security Agent in a migratory environment (M/F)

As part of the development of our activities on a migratory mandate, we are looking for a professional Security Agent to ensure surveillance, prevention, and incident management missions within various accommodation centers. You will be required to intervene in a demanding, multicultural, and sometimes sensitive environment. Your ability to communicate, show discernment, and manage conflict situations will be essential. Your main missions Ensure general surveillance of the site and its facilities. Control access, entries, and exits. Welcome, inform, and orient residents, visitors, and external stakeholders. Enforce internal regulations, security instructions, and site procedures. Prevent risky behaviors and intervene proportionately in case of an incident. Manage conflicts, tensions, or emergency situations with calmness, professionalism, and discernment. Perform control rounds inside and outside the buildings. Detect and report any anomaly, degradation, or unusual situation. Ensure the protection of people and property. Collaborate with client teams, emergency services, and various partners present on the site. Write intervention reports, accounts, and entries in the logbook. Ensure complete and precise transmission of information during shift changes and ends of service. Participate, according to operational needs, in the replacement of employees on different sites. As a professional agent (M/F) you receive a monthly schedule according to your activity rate and are paid monthly. You have passed the entrance test and followed the mandatory training related to the mandate, or are willing to carry them out. You perfectly master the French language, both orally and in writing. You have good writing skills. You know how to communicate with people from various cultures and backgrounds. You are able to manage stress situations, conflicts, and aggressive behavior. You demonstrate calmness, diplomacy, natural authority, and discernment. You are available and flexible, notably to work according to irregular hours, at night, on weekends, and on public holidays. You are comfortable with IT tools and modern means of communication. You are in good physical condition. You demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and exemplary behavior.
