Tasks

• Consulting and selection of candidates
• Direct approach of suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and salary negotiations
• Consulting corporate clients on the placement of suitable candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process up to the hiring process
• Acquisition of corporate clients
• Cooperation in personnel marketing
• Various administrative and organizational tasks

Profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with further training in sales or comparable qualification
• Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Strong-communication personality
• High service orientation and organizational talent
• Excellent oral and written German skills and very good English skills
