In revenue management and billing, we ensure that outpatient and inpatient hospital services are billed correctly. In doing so, we deal with tariffs such as TARDOC, outpatient flat rates, and SwissDRG and process demanding invoice rejections.

These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• You manage patient data in SAP IS-H and post services via invoice workflow to outpatient cases
• You control and bill outpatient and inpatient services correctly according to tariffs and process invoice rejections
• You undertake internal and external, telephone and written clarifications and prepare cost estimates for elective operations and procedures
• You process MCD inquiries and special cases and communicate independently with insurance companies and official authorities
• A commercial apprenticeship with experience in the healthcare sector or a completed basic medical training
• Good Excel skills and ideally experience in SAP-R/3, Italian and English skills are a plus
• Professional experience in billing or revenue management, preferably in a hospital environment or healthcare
• A resilient, flexible and independent personality who works precisely and independently
