For our client, an established company in mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for an experienced

Machine Assembler (m/f/d) ###

per sofort or by arrangement

Your Tasks ###

• Independent assembly of automatic punching machines according to technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions
• Carrying out detailed revisions on automatic punching machines
• Responsibility for the assigned machines during the entire assembly process until delivery
• Carrying out and documenting intermediate inspections as well as quality controls
• Setting up, running in, and completing the assembled automatic punching machines
• Identifying and rectifying assembly deviations in coordination with the responsible specialist departments
• Ensuring high assembly quality, functionality, and precision
• Professional preparation and provision of the fully assembled machines
• Support in the continuous optimization of assembly processes

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker EFZ specialization assembly, mechanic, or machine assembler
• Several years of professional experience in the assembly of machines and plants, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Very good knowledge in reading and implementing technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly documents
• High sense of responsibility as well as strong quality and safety awareness
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Team player, flexible, and resilient personality
• Good physical condition for demanding activities in mechanical assembly
• Enjoyment of technically complex machines and their precise construction up to commissioning
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
